Dori Popcorn
Ingredient
- 2 dori fillets, cut into squares
- 1 lime
Marinated Seasoning
- 2 cloves of grated garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Salt to taste
Coating Material
- 6 tbsp tapioca munjung
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Method
- 1. Coat fish with lime for 15 minutes, wash. Marinate the fish with the marinade for 15 minutes.
- 2. Coat the fish with the coating material.
- 3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Lift.
