Ingredient

  • 2 dori fillets, cut into squares
  • 1 lime

Marinated Seasoning

  • 2 cloves of grated garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Salt to taste

Coating Material

  • 6 tbsp tapioca munjung
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Method

  • 1. Coat fish with lime for 15 minutes, wash. Marinate the fish with the marinade for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Coat the fish with the coating material.
  • 3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Lift.
