Mushroom Chicken Dumplings Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken thigh fillet
  • 4 pcs/sincerely black mushrooms, soak in water until soft and then chop roughly
  • 1/2 pc small yam, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 pc carrot, coarsely chopped
  • 1 scallion, small diced
  • 4 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • 1 tbsp fried garlic (recipe below)
  • 2 eggs
  • Sufficient salt and mushroom broth
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Dumpling skin
  • Fried garlic for sprinkling
  • Onions for sprinkling

How to Make Mushroom Chicken Dumplings

  • 1. Coarse chopper of chicken
  • 2. Transfer to a bowl and add all the ingredients except the dumpling skin, mix well
  • 3. Take the dumpling skin and add the filling
  • 4. Boil until cooked, then add garlic oil, mix well. sprinkle with fried garlic and spring onions
