Ingredient

  • 1 pack of fettuccine 225 grams
  • 100 grams of chicken or beef, thinly sliced ​​lengthwise
  • 6 prawns , cleaned
  • 7 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves of red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 medium size tomato, sliced ​​medium
  • 50 ml water
  • 50 grams of bean sprouts
  • 50 grams of cabbage, finely sliced
  • 1 scallion and celery, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp stock powder
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 grains of cardamom
  • 4 large chilies, seeds removed
  • 2 cm turmeric, peel the skin and burn until slightly charred
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 cm ginger, peel the skin

How to make

  • 1. Bring the water to a boil, add 1 tsp of salt and then add the pasta, boil until cooked, remove and drain.
  • 2. Sauté the red and white onions with the ground spices until fragrant.
  • 3. Add chicken and prawns and cook until they change color.
  • 4. Enter the salt, soy sauce and broth powder. Add tomatoes and water, mix well.
  • 5. Add cabbage and bean sprouts, mix well. Then taste correction.
  • 6. Enter the pasta with the scallions and celery, stir until blended. Cook for a while then remove.
  • 7. Serve with pickled onions.
