Ingredient

  • 100 gr fettuccine boiled and drained
  • 6 cloves of garlic, crushed or coarsely chopped
  • 8 champignon mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter can be substituted for margarine
  • 1 tsp dry thyme or rosemary (optional) can be substituted with oregano
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper can also be replaced with black pepper to make it more spicy
  • 100 ml water
  • 200 ml evaporated milk

How to make

  • 1. Heat margarine. Saute garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms and stir until wilted.
  • 2. Add water and milk, add stock, thyme and pepper, cook until slightly thick. Add fettuccine stir briefly then turn off the stove.
  • 3. Sprinkle the parsley slices. Ready to eat.
