Ingredients for Crispy Dori Salted Egg Sauce

  • 300gr dory fillet
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Crispy Seasoning Flour (I use Kobe Crispy Kentucky @dapurkobe)
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • Enough cornstarch for coating

Salted Egg Sauce

  • 1 pack Royco salted egg sauce @roycoindonesia
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 50gr butter/margarine
  • 2 red chilies, thinly sliced
  • 1 kaffir lime leaf, torn

How to Make Crispy Dori Salted Egg Sauce

  • 1 Cut the dori to taste, season with garlic powder, salt and pepper, mix well, add cornstarch and seasoning flour, mix well, pour in the beaten egg white, mix well and let stand for 10 minutes
  • 2 Roll the dory pieces in the cornstarch then fry in hot oil until cooked and golden, remove and drain
  • 3 Sauce: heat butter in a frying pan, saute garlic, cayenne pepper and lime leaves until fragrant, add chicken royco in salted egg sauce, stir until frothy
  • 4 Enter the fried dory, mix well, remove and serve
