Ingredient

  • 2 ounces of salted squid
  • 10 cloves of sliced ​​red onion
  • 2 pcs tomatoes (small size) cut
  • 3 sheets of lime leaves
  • Salt, seasoning to taste
  • 1 pc lemon/lime juice

Fine Seasoning (Blender)

  • 1 ounce green chili (boiled briefly)
  • 20 cayenne pepper (boiled briefly)
  • 2 cloves of white bang (boiled briefly)

How to make

  • 1. Cut the squid and rinse with hot water. Let stand 15 minutes
  • 2. Heat enough oil, then add the sliced ​​red onion. Fry until the onions are fragrant and change color, add the kaffir lime leaves and mix well.
  • 3. Enter the ground spices and cook until the spices are fragrant and don't smell like chilies. Then add the tomatoes and stir until everything is well combined.
  • 4. Then add the salted squid, mix well, cook until the spices seep into the squid. Add salt, seasoning to taste, then mix well.
  • 5. Lastly add the lime juice, stir until smooth. When everything is right turn off the fire. Ready to serve with hot rice
