Ingredients

  • 1 pack fettuccine 225 gr, boiled and drained
  • 150 gr prawns, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 100 gr bean sprouts
  • 4 pieces of silk tofu or Japanese tofu, cut into squares and then fry for a while half cooked
  • 100 gr banana heart, take the flower and boil for a while after that squeeze and slice
  • 2 tbsp fried peanuts

Spice

  • 2 tbsp ebi brewed with hot water and puree
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chicken flavoring or 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 large red chilies or cayenne according to taste, sliced
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves, roughly chopped

How to make

  • 1. Heat a frying pan then add the oil and fry the ebi and onion until fragrant. Add shrimp and other ingredients. Stir well.
  • 2. Add fettuccine and tofu and mix well. Taste correction.
  • 3. Finally, add the coriander leaves and remove and sprinkle with fried peanuts.
