1. Wash the carp and remove the scales then split wide. Kucuri with lime juice spread thinly with fine salt. Let stand 10 minutes then fry in hot oil until cooked.
2. Fry the onion in hot oil and remove it. Grind the chilies then the tomato pieces, the onion duo, salt, mushroom broth, sugar and mix well.
3. Fry in hot oil for about 1-2 minutes. Remove, pour over the fried goldfish. Serve
