Ingredient

  • 2 goldfish
  • 2 pcs lime
  • Salt to taste

Sambal Ingredients

  • 50 gr mixed cayenne pepper
  • 12 cloves of red onion chopped
  • 3 white cloves cut into pieces
  • 4 pcs tomatoes remove the seeds
  • Key oranges/limo oranges
  • Salt, mushroom broth, sugar to taste
  • Oil for frying (optional)

The method

  • 1. Wash the carp and remove the scales then split wide. Kucuri with lime juice spread thinly with fine salt. Let stand 10 minutes then fry in hot oil until cooked.
  • 2. Fry the onion in hot oil and remove it. Grind the chilies then the tomato pieces, the onion duo, salt, mushroom broth, sugar and mix well.
  • 3. Fry in hot oil for about 1-2 minutes. Remove, pour over the fried goldfish. Serve
