Embe Sambal Ingredients

  • 15 red onions (to taste)
  • 4 garlics (to taste)
  • 8 devil's cayenne peppers (what's the name of that spicy chili? When I call it devil's cayenne pepper)

  • Salt to taste
  • Just a little sugar (you can skip it, if I still use a little sugar, because I like a balanced taste)
  • Right amount of oil

How to Make Sambel

  • 1. Grill the shrimp paste, set aside
  • 2. Thinly sliced: onion, garlic, chili
  • 3. In a bowl, add chilies, add salt and shrimp paste. Then crush the shrimp paste, then mix well with the chili and salt. set aside
  • 4. Heat the oil, once it's hot, add the red onion, stir
  • 5. After the onion is wilted, add the garlic, stir. Fry until the onion and garlic are half dry
  • 6. Enter the mixture of chili salt and shrimp paste, mix well.
  • 7. Add a little sugar, mix well
  • 8. Fry briefly for about 1 minute so that the chili wilts
  • 9. Remove, cool

Omelet Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Sufficient scallion, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fry the omelet as usual
