  • 10 chicken wings, halved, remove the pointy part

Marinated Seasoning

  • 2 cloves of grated garlic
  • 3 cm grated ginger
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ngohiong powder
  • Salt, pepper

Coating Materials Mixed Into One

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp tapioca
  • A tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ngohiong powder
  • Salt, pepper

How to Make Crispy Chicken Wings with Ngohiong Seasoning

  • 1. Marinate the chicken with the spices, leave for 30 minutes or so.
  • 2. Coat with flour coating, fry in hot oil until cooked.
