Kimbo Mentai Rice Ingredients

  • 750 gr white rice
  • Nori flakes to taste
  • 8 pcs KIMBO Chicken Sausage Versatile
  • 1/2 block Quick-melting cheese, cut into 2
  • Enough chicken stock and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Margarine

Sauce Ingredients

  • 200 gr mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce

How to Make Kimbo Mentai Rice

  • Heat margarine, add sausage slices, mix well. Remove and then pour into the rice, stir well, add chicken stock, pepper, cheese and nori flakes. Stir well.
  • Pour in a heatproof dish. Flatten. Pour the mayo sauce mixture on top then give the quick-melting cheese (if you like) and arrange the sausage on top
  • Can be grilled for a while with high heat or if you have a blow torch you can use it to melt the cheese and give it a charred effect.
  • sprinkle the top again with nori before serving
