kongnamul & sardines camping stew

Ingredient

  • 250 gr soybean sprouts
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 tbsp chili powder (gochugaru)
  • 1 scallion, cut into slices
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tbsp gochujjang
  • 4 stalks of green chili, cut into slices
  • 3 red bird's eye chilies if you like
  • 1 can of Sardines @sardenasahi

Seasoning ingredient

  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce/soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom broth
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • a pinch of salt if needed

How to cook

  • -prepare a pan, input all ingredients except sardines
  • -cook until boiling and the sauce and spices seep together then add the Sardines, cook for a while, correct the taste then turn off the fire
  • - Kongnamul Jjigae & Sardines are ready to be served with warm rice
