Ingredient

  • – 500gr potatoes
  • – 100gr corned beef
  • – 30gr grated cheddar cheese
  • – 1 tbsp liquid milk
  • - salt, pepper powder, broth powder to taste
  • – Sania Premium Cooking Oil @pastisania

Stuffing Ingredients

  • – Quickmelt / Mozzarella Cheese (Cut into 2 Squares)

Coating Material

  • - flour
  • – beaten egg
  • - bread crumb

Method

  • - steamed potatoes +-15 minutes
  • – crush/mash with a fork
  • - add corned beef, grated cheese, liquid milk, salt, pepper, powdered broth to taste, mix well (you can check the taste)
  • – take a little dough (@35gr) flatten it, give it a melt cheese filling, make a round shape
  • – roll into flour – beaten egg – breadcrumbs
  • - put it in a container, do it until the dough runs out
  • Put it in the freezer for 15-30 minutes so the flour sticks
  • - Fry in hot oil, over medium heat until golden brown
  • - ready to be served with chili or tomato sauce
