Landslide
Ingredients
- 1 piece of taro, peeled cut into 2
- 1 piece of taro, take the inside, cut into 2
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 eggplant, cut
- 1 bunch of katuk leaves, take the leaves
- 1/2 ripe papaya, peeled and sliced
- 50 g long beans, chopped
- 1 segment of galangal, geprek
- Salt, sugar and mushroom broth
- 1.5 liters of water
Ground spices
- 8 cloves of red onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 50 gr curly chili
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- 5 pecan seeds
How to make
- 1. Heat a pot filled with water, cook until boiling. Add the boiled taro for 3 minutes. Strain. Set aside.
- 2. Put the taro sticks into boiling water, cook for 1 minute, strain and set aside.
- 3. Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil, add the ground spices and galangal. Cook until the spices are cooked.
- 4. Add taro, taro stalks, cucumber, eggplant, katuk leaves, papaya. Add salt, sugar and mushroom broth. Cook until done taste test. Turn off the fire.
- 5. Ready to serve
