Ingredients

  • 1 piece of taro, peeled cut into 2
  • 1 piece of taro, take the inside, cut into 2
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 eggplant, cut
  • 1 bunch of katuk leaves, take the leaves
  • 1/2 ripe papaya, peeled and sliced
  • 50 g long beans, chopped
  • 1 segment of galangal, geprek
  • Salt, sugar and mushroom broth
  • 1.5 liters of water

Ground spices

  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 50 gr curly chili
  • 1 tbsp shrimp paste
  • 5 pecan seeds

How to make

  • 1. Heat a pot filled with water, cook until boiling. Add the boiled taro for 3 minutes. Strain. Set aside.
  • 2. Put the taro sticks into boiling water, cook for 1 minute, strain and set aside.
  • 3. Bring 1.5 liters of water to a boil, add the ground spices and galangal. Cook until the spices are cooked.
  • 4. Add taro, taro stalks, cucumber, eggplant, katuk leaves, papaya. Add salt, sugar and mushroom broth. Cook until done taste test. Turn off the fire.
  • 5. Ready to serve
