Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp tapioca flour with a little water

Method

  • • Saute onion, garlic, ebi until fragrant. Add the chopped chicken, stir until it changes color, add the sliced ​​shitake mushrooms, cardamom and water.
  • • Cook until 1/2 boil, add pepper, salt, sugar, powdered stock, soy sauce and sweet soy sauce. Bring to a boil over low heat, adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Add sesame oil and thicken with tapioca solution. Lift.
