Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
1. Boil the spinach briefly, then remove and slice.
2. Boil macaroni until cooked then remove and drain.
3. Prepare the container. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and seasoning.
4. Add macaroni, spinach, basil and cheese. Then stir until smooth. Set aside.
5. Sauce ingredients: heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant, add flour, then stir. After the lumps add the milk, then stir and add the cheese. Cook until slightly thick. Remove and pour into a bowl containing the macaroni mixture. Stir everything until smooth.
6. Transfer the dough to a heatproof bowl or size 20 aluminum foil. Bake until cooked at 170'c for 45 minutes. Lift and ready to be decorated
7. Potato cream ingredients: peel and boil the potatoes until soft. In hot conditions, immediately mash the potatoes using a mortar or pestle. Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley leaves. Then stir well then taste test. Put the dough into a piping bag then a syringe and decorate it on top of the macaroni.
