Ingredients

  • 1 pack macaroni 225 gr
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 bunches of spinach
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 170 gr grated cheddar cheese (1 pack)
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chicken flavoring
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 50 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • 500 ml white UHT milk
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Potato Cream Ingredients

  • 500 gr potatoes
  • 50 gr margarine aroma butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or oregano

How to make

  • 1. Boil the spinach briefly, then remove and slice.
  • 2. Boil macaroni until cooked then remove and drain.
  • 3. Prepare the container. Beat eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and seasoning.
  • 4. Add macaroni, spinach, basil and cheese. Then stir until smooth. Set aside.
  • 5. Sauce ingredients: heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant, add flour, then stir. After the lumps add the milk, then stir and add the cheese. Cook until slightly thick. Remove and pour into a bowl containing the macaroni mixture. Stir everything until smooth.
  • 6. Transfer the dough to a heatproof bowl or size 20 aluminum foil. Bake until cooked at 170'c for 45 minutes. Lift and ready to be decorated
  • 7. Potato cream ingredients: peel and boil the potatoes until soft. In hot conditions, immediately mash the potatoes using a mortar or pestle. Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley leaves. Then stir well then taste test. Put the dough into a piping bag then a syringe and decorate it on top of the macaroni.
