Ingredient

  • 5 eggs omega 3
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 large red chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • 1 large green chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • 10 pieces of green cayenne pepper, sliced ​​oblique
  • Shallots to taste, chopped 1/2 cm
  • 100ml soy sauce
  • 100ml water
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame
  • 1/2 tbsp cooking vinegar

How to make

  • 1. Bring water to a boil, put eggs in boiling water, boil for 7 minutes. Remove, soak in cold water, then peel.
  • 2. Combine all remaining ingredients, stir until well blended.
  • 3. Put the peeled egg into the seasoning until it is submerged (keep it in a small container so that the whole egg is submerged).
  • 4. Store in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to seep into the eggs.
  • 5. Serve with hot rice and gravy.
