Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Katuk Leaves
  • 2 Boxes of Tofu, diced
  • 50 gr Oyster Mushroom
  • 500 ml Water
  • 200 ml coconut milk @karasantan.id
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Mushroom Broth
  • 1 Tbsp dried shrimp, soaked
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
  • 15 gr Ginger, crushed
  • 1 sheet of bay leaf
  • 1 red chili, sliced ​​oblique

How to make

  • 1. Heat vegetable oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
  • 2. Pour in the water, add the lemongrass, ginger, dried shrimp, bay leaf, salt, mushroom broth, tofu, katuk leaves, and mushrooms. Stir well and cook until the katuk leaves are soft.
  • 3. Pour the coconut milk @karasantan.id and add the sliced ​​red chilies, stir well and cook until it boils. taste correction, lift and serve.
