Ingredient

  • 1 Pack of Instant Noodle Soto / according to taste
  • 400 ml Liquid Milk
  • 2 Sausages
  • 1 Red Chili
  • 1 Hump Pokcoy

Complementary

  • 3 Pieces of Fried Shrimp
  • 1 Poached Egg
  • Grated Cheese to taste
  • Parsley Powder, to taste
  • Chili Powder, to taste

How to make

  • 1. Cut the sausage and red chili, set aside.
  • 2. Boil instant noodles with pokcoy 2 minutes, remove and drain.
  • 3. Heat the liquid milk over low heat, add the boiled sausage and noodles, mix well.
  • 4. Enter all the instant noodle seasonings and chili slices, mix well.
  • 5. Cook until it boils.
  • 6. Serve warm with pokcoy, boiled egg, fried prawns, sprinkled with grated cheese, parsley powder and chili powder.
