What are the Characteristics of Mie Aceh?
Mie Aceh is made using wet yellow noodles, with a slightly larger and thicker texture than egg noodles.
Ingredient
- 3 packs of Chicken Curry Noodles @lemonilo
- 50 gr prawns
- 50 gr chicken
- 50 gr squid (optional)
- 1 bunch of mustard greens
- 2 spring onions
- 2 stalks of celery
- 3 whole red onions
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 1 pc tomato cut into 2
Ground spices
- 10 pcs red onion
- 5 pcs garlic
- 10 pcs curly chili
- 4 candlesticks
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder @lemonilo
- 1 tsp fine pepper @lemonilo
- 2 btr cardamom
- 2 pieces of star anise
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Instant seasoning of chicken curry noodles @lemonilo
- Salt, sugar, powdered broth
How to make
- Boil Chicken Curry Noodle @lemonilo, drain
- Saute whole onion + white until wilted, then add shrimp, chicken, squid, stir until cooked..
- add ground spices, stir until cooked.. then add tomatoes, sweet soy sauce & soy sauce
- add mustard & green onions, then add boiled noodles
- stir until smooth & the spices are absorbed, remove the sprinkle of fried onions.. serve
