Mushroom Chicken Cream Soup

Ingredient

  • 250 g chicken breast, finely chopped
  • 150 gr button mushrooms
  • 1/2 chopped Onion
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Few pieces of carrot, diced (just don't add gpp)
  • 700 ml of water
  • 500 ml full cream milk
  • 5 tablespoons of wheat flour dissolve with water.
  • Pepper, sugar, salt, powdered broth. Sufficiently.
  • Margarine for sauteing 1 tbsp full.

The method

  • 1. Heat margarine, saute onions until wilted, add garlic.
  • 2. Add the minced chicken and cook until the chicken is cooked.
  • 3. Add water and mushrooms, as well as carrots (if making). Cook until boiling.
  • 4. Add milk and spices.
  • 5. Add the scallions and celery.
  • 6. Add the flour solution. Cook until thickened. Taste correction.
