Ingredient

  • 500 gr catfish, wash clean
  • 1 Sachet of My Village Marinated
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • The oil for frying

How to cook

  • 1. Fried fish directly without any seasoning.
  • 2. Dissolve 1 sachet of Desaku Marinated with 5 tablespoons of water, stir until dissolved.
  • 3. Add 1/2 part of the Marinated Desaku seasoning directly to the frying pan.
  • 4. After the oil is clear again, turn the fish over then add the rest of the marinated Desaku spices.
  • 5. Fry until the fish is cooked, remove and drain.
  • 6. Filter the oil after frying, the oil remains clear and can be used again.

Red Onion Sauce

  • 15 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 5 Shallots
  • 1 Teaspoon Fried Terasi
  • Salt, sugar to taste
  • Uleg all the chili ingredients, serve with fried catfish.
