Intestinal Mercon Stir Fry Ingredients

  • -250gr intestine
  • -1 stalk lemongrass
  • -2 cm ginger
  • -2 cm galangal
  • -2 sheets of lime leaves
  • -1 sheet of bay leaf
  • -3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • - 1 handful of whole red mixed green cayenne cambe (firecracker)
  • -salt, sugar, mushroom broth to taste

Ground spices

  • -1 tsp pepper granules
  • -6 cloves bamer
  • -4 cloves baput
  • -5 pcs curly chili
  • -15 pcs cayenne pepper

How to Cook Oseng Mercon Intestines

  • -clean the intestines according to belief. Usually if you buy the intestines it has been boiled from the seller. but it's still cleaned again, the fat inside is really clean. Then boil again with yellow spices until the water recedes. then chop it short
  • -Heat the oil, enter the bay leaf, lime leaf, lemongrass, ginger, galangal... saute for a while until fragrant. then add the ground spices and whole chilies, stir fry until cooked. add salt, mushroom stock sugar to taste
  • Enter the intestines, give a little water. add soy sauce. Cook until the water recedes and the oil comes out
  • -serve with warm, spicy rice
