Ingredients

  • Crackers
  • Cutlets (already boiled and the broth will be used later)
  • Whole Cayenne
  • Bay leaf
  • Lime leaves
  • Geprek lemongrass
  • Geprek galangal

Ground spices

  • 6 onions
  • 5 garlic
  • 4 candlenuts
  • 8 red chilies
  • Salt
  • Brown sugar

The method

  • - Saute the ground spices with a little oil until fragrant then add the lime leaves and bay leaves followed by the lemongrass galangal
  • Enter the pieces of meat that have been boiled with the broth and cook until absorbed
  • - Add brown sugar salt and add whole cayenne
  • - Finally, add the kerecek crackers, just cook it until it's a bit soft and ready to be served
