Spicy Gizzard Oseng
Ingredient
- 500gr chicken gizzard
- 1 lime
- Powdered broth
- Salt, pepper
Ground spices
- 5 bawput
- 8 red chilies
- 1 block of terrace
Method
- 1. Coat the gizzard with lime, leave for 15 minutes. Wash and boil until cooked
- 2. Saute ground spices until fragrant and oily, add gizzard and spices
- 3. Pour a little water, cook until absorbed.
Tips
- To get rid of the fishy smell of gizzard, boil the gizzard with garlic, ginger, bay leaf and salt.
