Spicy Gizzard Oseng

Ingredient

  • 500gr chicken gizzard
  • 1 lime
  • Powdered broth
  • Salt, pepper

Ground spices

  • 5 bawput
  • 8 red chilies
  • 1 block of terrace

Method

  • 1. Coat the gizzard with lime, leave for 15 minutes. Wash and boil until cooked
  • 2. Saute ground spices until fragrant and oily, add gizzard and spices
  • 3. Pour a little water, cook until absorbed.

Tips

  • To get rid of the fishy smell of gizzard, boil the gizzard with garlic, ginger, bay leaf and salt.
