Ingredients

  • 250 G Fatty Beef
  • 5 lime leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 segment of ginger, crushed
  • 1 segment of galangal, geprek
  • Salt, sugar and seasoning to taste
  • enough broth

Seasoning Ground

  • 20 pieces of red chili
  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic

Method

  • 1. Boil the meat until tender, set aside the broth. Cut the meat according to taste
  • 2. Saute ground spices with ginger, galangal, lime leaves and bay leaves until fragrant and cooked
  • 3. Enter the meat, add salt, sugar and mushroom broth and continue to mix well
  • 4. Add water, cook until the water recedes over low heat. Taste correction, lift and serve
