Materials

  • 400 gr Chicken Fillet, diced
  • 40 gr Garlic
  • 40 gr red chili
  • 50 gr Thai Basil Leaves (Thai Basil)
  • 50 gr Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Chicken Broth Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Thai Fish Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce

How to make

  • 1. Mince the garlic and finely slice the red cayenne pepper, then pick the Thai basil (Thai Basil) leaves, wash and drain.
  • 2. Heat vegetable oil, stir-fry garlic and red cayenne pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, add chicken pieces, and chicken stock powder, stir well, cook until chicken is stiff.
  • 3. Enter the Thai Fish Sauce, Oyster Sauce, and Sweet Soy Sauce. Stir well, cook until the chicken is tender.
  • 4. Enter the Thai Basil (Thai basil leaves), mix well, remove the seasoning correction and serve.
  • 5. Serve the Pad Kra Pao with hot white rice, and also the sunny side up.
