Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
1. Mince the garlic and finely slice the red cayenne pepper, then pick the Thai basil (Thai Basil) leaves, wash and drain.
2. Heat vegetable oil, stir-fry garlic and red cayenne pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, add chicken pieces, and chicken stock powder, stir well, cook until chicken is stiff.
3. Enter the Thai Fish Sauce, Oyster Sauce, and Sweet Soy Sauce. Stir well, cook until the chicken is tender.
4. Enter the Thai Basil (Thai basil leaves), mix well, remove the seasoning correction and serve.
5. Serve the Pad Kra Pao with hot white rice, and also the sunny side up.
