2 pindang fish, cleaned, fried (me: I like it dry so it doesn't taste fishy, adjust the level of doneness according to taste)
2 sprigs kecombrang flowers (chopped young parts, set aside)
10 grains of bawmer (chopped / chopped)
5 pieces of cayenne pepper
3 cloves bawput
To taste salt, mushroom broth & sugar
The method
- Suir2 pindang fish, stir-fry all the spices as long as they are just wilted, add the shredded fish, season with salt and mushroom broth, adjust the taste, if it is well mixed, serve
