Pineapple Meat Curry

Ingredient

  • 1 kg beef brisket, diced
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 400 gr pineapple, diced
  • 2 red tomatoes, diced
  • 1.5 liters of water
  • 4 pcs bell pepper, diced
  • 2 pcs of flower
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 4 lbs lime leaves
  • Salt and powdered broth to taste

Ground spices

  • 8 cloves of red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 3 large red chilies, remove seeds

How to make

  • 1. Prepare a large skillet. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices until fragrant. Add the chopped meat, tomatoes, star anise, cloves, lime leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, and paprika powder. Stir well and cook until the meat changes color.
  • 2. Add water. Cook over medium heat until the meat is cooked. Add the pineapple chunks and paprika. Cook until the meat is really tender. Add salt and powdered broth to taste. Stir well. Turn off the fire. Serve while hot as a side dish for rice.
