Ingredient

  • 2 plates of munjung rice that have been put in the refrigerator overnight
  • 7 large cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 7 pieces of red cayenne pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 2 spring onions, coarsely chopped
  • Vegetables to taste (me: carrots, shelled corn & peas, handful of each)
  • Diced chicken, handful
  • Shrimp peeled, handful
  • Thinly sliced ​​meatballs, handful
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce (me: cap 3 tomatoes)
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Salt, mushroom broth & pepper powder to taste
  • 2 tbsp margarine

How to make

  • 1. Heat margarine, saute garlic until fragrant.
  • 2. Add chicken, meatballs, shrimp & vegetables, stir-fry until chicken & shrimp change color.
  • 3. Enter the rice, give seasoning. Cook over high heat until the spices are absorbed.
  • 4. Finally, add the scallions & cayenne pepper, mix well.
  • 5. Correct the taste & serve with complementary.
