Ingredients

  • 500 grams of green mussels

  • 1 onion (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • Enough water
  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • Ginger geprek
  • Corn (boiled)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste

Ground spices

  • 3 cloves of red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5 pieces of red chili
  • 7 pieces of cayenne pepper

How to make

  • 1. Wash the clams thoroughly, remove the fibers, heat the water, add the ginger and salt, boil the clams for a while. Drain
  • 2. Heat cooking oil, add butter
  • 3. Saute the onions and spices that have been mashed until the aroma is fragrant
  • 4. Add tomatoes, sauce, saori, sugar, sweet soy sauce, and cornstarch solution and water, stir until evenly distributed
  • 5. Add in the corn and scallops
  • 6. Correct the taste, wait a few minutes until the gravy thickens
  • 7. Scallops are ready to serve
