Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast (diced)

  • 1 egg white
  • 100 gr tapioca flour

Stuffing

  • 200 g tetalan
  • 30 red chilies (thinly sliced)
  • Boil the tetalan until tender, cut into pieces and mix with chili.

How to make

  • 1. Puree chicken meat, ice cubes, fried bacon, fried baput, egg white, until smooth, add tapioca flour, salt, powdered broth, ground pepper, blend again until well blended, set aside.
  • 2.Heat the water in a saucepan until it boils, reduce the heat, shape the meatballs by taking 1 tablespoon of the dough, put it in the palm of your hand, spread it out with a spoon, give the filling and then cover it with the meatball dough, round it using a spoon. Don't forget to moisten the spoon with hot water to make it easy to shape. Boil into boiling water when the meatballs have floated lift, do it until the dough runs out.
  • Puree the garlic, saute until fragrant, add water, add powdered broth, ground pepper, salt, and chilies that have been roughly blended, after boiling, add the meatballs and tetelan, taste test.
