Ingredient

  • 300 gr tuna
  • 1 lime
  • 25 gr tapioca flour
  • 100 gr seasoning flour
  • The oil for frying

Marinated Seasoning

  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg

Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1 clove of onion
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml water

How to make

  • 1. Coat the tuna with lime and salt, let stand for 10 minutes. Wash until clean, then cut into pieces according to taste.
  • 2. Marinate the tuna with the marinade for 15 minutes. Then coat the fish with tapioca flour, and put it in the seasoning flour, coat it while pinching.
  • 3. Heat the oil, fry the fish that has been given flour until cooked. Lift, drain.
  • 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onions, stir-fry until fragrant, add the teriyaki sauce and water then add the fried fish, stir well, cook until the fish is covered in sauce and the sauce thickens. Turn off the fire.
  • 5. Lift and serve
