Ingredient

  • 1 Chicken

Spice

  • 1 tbsp white bw powder
  • 3 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ngohiong
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp seasoning
  • 5 pieces deaf
  • Enough water
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Wash the chicken and then drain the chicken.
  • 2. Marinate the chicken with the garlic, scallion, salt, Ngohiong seasoning, let stand for 1 hour (better keep overnight in the refrigerator)
  • 3. Heat the water, add honey, vinegar, salt, deaf. Then boil the chicken until cooked
  • 4. Hang the boiled chicken for about 1 hour. Let the fat out.
  • 5. Heat a lot of oil, fry the chicken until brown, remove from heat. Cut into pieces.
