Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
1. Wash the chicken pieces & gizzard liver until clean then coat with lime mix well, let stand 10 minutes then rinse with clean water drain
2. Cook chicken & liver gizzard in boiling water until half cooked. Remove rinse with clean water drain.
3. Saute ground spices until fragrant, enter the bay leaf, lime leaves, mix well. Pour enough water, add salt, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, mushroom broth, brown sugar, pepper powder, mix well.
4. Enter the chicken stew & gizzard liver, stir well, cook until cooked and the spices are absorbed. Taste correction. Remove and serve with warm rice
NOTES:
The chicken can be fried for a while after being boiled, it just changes color az, I make the chicken soy sauce a bit wet/gravy. The gravy when stirred with rice is good
