Every person should know how to cook, and especially how to cook safely. Everyone has different dietary restrictions, so no one should be afraid to experiment with different recipes, and find the ones that suit them best. There are a few basic ingredients that are always needed in recipes: water, oil, salt, and pepper. Other ingredients, like herbs and spices, can be used to add flavor and also to provide health benefits.
200 gr bean sprouts, remove the roots. Wash clean & drain
50 gr Teri Medan, brewed with warm water for 10 minutes. Drain and dry fry
6 stalks Chives Leaves, wash and cut into pieces
6 pcs red onion, finely sliced
3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3 pcs red chili, sliced oblique
2 pcs Chili Rawit, sliced oblique (adjust the spicy taste yes)
1 lb bay leaf
1 finger galangal, bruised
1 pc medium Tomato, cut into 6
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
Sugar to taste
Mushroom Broth to taste
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
How to make
1. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant and slightly browned. Add red onion, saute until fragrant.
2. Enter the galangal, bay leaf, sliced red chili and cayenne pepper, stir-fry until the chili wilts
3. Enter the field anchovies (reserving a little for sprinkling) and bean sprouts, stir. Add oyster sauce, ground pepper, sugar, mushroom stock and salt (just a little salt because the anchovies are already salty), mix well. Taste correction
4. After the bean sprouts are cooked (don't overcook, so that the bean sprouts are still crunchy) add the tomatoes and chives. Stir briefly, turn off the heat.
Arrange on a serving plate, sprinkle with remaining anchovies and serve immediately while still warm.
