Ingredients

  • 6 pcs red onion, finely sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 pcs red chili, sliced ​​oblique
  • 2 pcs Chili Rawit, sliced ​​oblique (adjust the spicy taste yes)
  • 1 lb bay leaf
  • 1 finger galangal, bruised
  • 1 pc medium Tomato, cut into 6
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • Sugar to taste
  • Mushroom Broth to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to make

  • 1. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant and slightly browned. Add red onion, saute until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the galangal, bay leaf, sliced ​​red chili and cayenne pepper, stir-fry until the chili wilts
  • 3. Enter the field anchovies (reserving a little for sprinkling) and bean sprouts, stir. Add oyster sauce, ground pepper, sugar, mushroom stock and salt (just a little salt because the anchovies are already salty), mix well. Taste correction
  • 4. After the bean sprouts are cooked (don't overcook, so that the bean sprouts are still crunchy) add the tomatoes and chives. Stir briefly, turn off the heat.
  • Arrange on a serving plate, sprinkle with remaining anchovies and serve immediately while still warm.
