Ingredients

  • – 6 pairs of chicken gizzard hearts
  • – 2 large garlics
  • – 1 bay leaf
  • – 1/2 tsp coriander
  • - salt to taste (I guess)

Flour Ingredients

  • – 130gr flour
  • – 20gr meizena
  • – 1 tsp garlic powder
  • – 1/2 tsp salt
  • – 1/2 tsp broth powder
  • – 1/2 tsp pepper
  • – 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • - 1 egg
  • – 50ml water

Method

  • - Wash the liver of the gizzard, then drain
  • - Grind the garlic
  • - in the pan add the liver + finely chopped garlic + bay leaf + coriander, add enough water to boil, boil until soft
  • Kakau is already soft drain
  • – Mix flour+maizena+baput powder+baking powder+pepper+broth powder+salt mix well
  • - Then divide the 2 flour mixture evenly
  • – One part becomes a wet dough mixed with 1 egg + water, mix well
  • - heat the oil
  • - put the liver into the wet mixture then into the dry mixture while pinching and pressing until everything sticks together
  • - Fry the liver in hot oil (till the liver is submerged in the oil, I use a sauce pan)
  • - use medium heat
  • - fry until golden brown

Onion sauce

  • 10 cayenne pepper + 1 garlic + salt, pulverized then doused in hot oil
