Ingredients for Tofu Eggs with Plow Sauce

  • kg chicken egg, boiled and peeled
  • 3 pieces of yellow tofu, halved
  • pieces of brown sugar, finely comb
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil

Fine Seasoning (Blender)

  • 20 pieces of curly red chili
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • tomato
  • 2 cm grilled shrimp paste
  • 1 hazelnut roasted

How to make

  • 1. Fry eggs and tofu until dry and crusty.. Remove and set aside
  • 2. Heat the oil, fry the ground spices until fragrant
  • 3. Add stock powder and salt.. Stir well and cook until the spices are cooked
  • 4. Check the taste, if it's just right.. Add eggs and tofu.. Mix well
  • 5. Serve
  • 1. Heat the oil, stir-fry the ground spices, lemongrass, bay leaves and lime leaves until fragrant
  • 2. Add water.. Stir well then add the tempeh pieces
  • 3. Add stock powder and salt.. Stir well
  • 4. Cook until the spices are reduced and absorbed
  • 5. Fry tempeh until dry and cooked.. Remove and serve

Ungkep Seasoning Tempeh Ingredients

  • 1 tempeh board
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 lime leaves
  • powdered broth to taste
  • salt to taste
  • right amount of oil
  • enough water

Ground spices

  • 6 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 segment of galangal
  • 2 segments of roasted turmeric
  • 1 tsp roasted coriander
  • 1 hazelnut roasted
