Ingredient

  • 1 cup (300 g) Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 150 gr Egg Tofu, cut into 1 cm
  • 1 pc Carrot, sliced ​​oblique
  • 1/2 pc Onion, cut into cubes
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Black Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 200 ml Water
  • Salt, Sugar and Mushroom Broth to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • 1/2 tsp Maizena, dissolved in a little water for thickening

How to make

  • 1. Brew Broccoli with boiling water and 1/4 tsp Salt for 1 minute. Lift and drain
  • 2. Fry the egg tofu until the edges are crusty. Lift & drain
  • 3. Heat cooking oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add the onions, stir until the onions are wilted
  • 4. Add carrots, oyster sauce and black pepper sauce. Stir briefly until evenly distributed, add ground black pepper and water, cook until boiling and carrots are half tender. Add salt, sugar and mushroom broth, mix well. Taste correction
  • 5. Add broccoli and tofu, stir gently for a while (don't cook the broccoli for too long, so that the vitamins contained in it are not lost and the broccoli color remains beautiful). Finally add the cornstarch solution, stir until the gravy thickens. Lift
