ingredient

  • 1 kg of mackerel. Clean as usual, the back crust
  • 3 sheets of orange sauce
  • 1 stalk lemongrass geprek
  • Sugar, salt, pepper powder in scope

ground spices

  • 10 cloves of red bwg
  • 4 cloves white onion
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste
  • 5 red chilies
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 thumb turmeric
  • 5 pecans
  • 150 ml water

how to make

  • 1. Coat the fish with a little salt and lime juice, let it rest for 15 minutes. Wash again, set aside.
  • 2. Heat enough oil. Saute ground spices along with lime leaves, lemongrass and other seasonings. Sauté until fragrant and cooked. Lift.
  • 3. Coat the fish with the stir-fry seasoning. Blend until smooth. Let the fish sit for about 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • 4. Heat the Teflon on medium low heat, add enough margarine. Grill the fish until cooked on both sides. Lift and serve
