Jengkol Geprek Ingredients

  • 100 grams of jengkol, halved and soaked for at least 2 hours
  • 10 pieces of red chili
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Powdered broth to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Right amount of oil

How to make Jengkol Geprek

  • 1. Fry the jengkol until it is dry and cooked.. Remove it and then geprek/flat it until all the jengkol is gone
  • 2. Grind cayenne pepper, garlic, broth powder and salt until smooth
  • 3. Flush the chili geprek with enough hot oil.. Then serve the fried jengkol with the chili geprek
