Lasagna Potato Pudding

Ingredient

  • 1 pack (230 gr) LA-FONTE LASAGNA
  • 600 gr potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 gr sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 75 gr raisins
  • 100 gr grated cheese

How to make

  • 1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and wash them clean.
  • 2. Steam the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Puree the potatoes.
  • 3. In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla paste, beat until sugar is dissolved.
  • 4. Enter the beaten eggs into the mashed potatoes, stir until smooth then add the melted butter. Mix well.
  • 5. Add raisins and grated cheese, reserving a little for topping. Stir well. Divide the dough into four evenly.
  • 6. Prepare a baking sheet or a heat-resistant dish. Pour one part of the dough, smooth it then put the LA – FONTE LASAGNA sheet on it until all the dough is covered, then cover it again with the dough, coat it again with the LA – FONTE LASAGNA sheet. Do the same thing until all four parts of the dough are used up. Top with raisins and grated cheese.
  • 7. Bake in a preheated oven, bake at 180⁰ C until cooked, about 20-30 minutes, adjust each oven. Lift and serve.
