Lasagna Tofu Roll

Ingredient

  • 5 sheets of lasagna, boil then remove and drain
  • 5 pieces of silken tofu
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 100 gr boiled spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 50 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • 50 gr button mushrooms, finely sliced

How to make

  • 1. Prepare a container and enter: tofu, crush with a fork. Add eggs, spinach, broth, salt, pepper, cheese and mushrooms and mix well.
  • 2. Cut the lasagna lengthwise into 2 pieces. Take 1 sheet, put 2 tablespoons of dough on it and then roll it. Do it until the dough runs out.
  • 3. Heat the steamer, rub a little oil on the bottom of the steamer so it doesn't stick.
  • 4. Enter the dough and steam until cooked. Remove and serve with sauce.

Tips for Boiling Lasagna

  • Bring water to a boil, add 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 tsp salt, add one piece at a time (not all at once to prevent sticking).
  • Just boil it for a while until it is pliable and not stiff, if you boil it for too long, the lasagna skin will be mushy and easily crushed or torn.
