Ingredients

  • 15 to 20 sheets of spring roll skin ready to use
  • Right amount of oil

Material contents

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 scallions finely sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 medium size onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp broth powder beef flavor
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Sambal Ingredients

  • 3 pieces of red chili
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 50 ml sour water
  • 1/2 tsp cooking vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 ml water
  • Complementary: pickled cucumber

Step

  • 1. Filling ingredients: mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • 2. Take 1 sheet of spring roll skin and place 1 tablespoon of filling dough, fold the envelope. Do this until the dough and spring roll skin are used up.
  • 3. Then fry in hot oil until cooked. Lift.
  • 4. Chili ingredients: puree the chilies and onions, then mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and cook until it boils while stirring. Correct the taste then remove and strain.
  • 5. Serve martabak with chili sauce and pickles.⁣
