Lemonilo Padang Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Mie @lemonilo Chicken Curry
  • 150gr Squid
  • 150gr Shrimp
  • 1/2 sweet corn
  • 1/2 bomb
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp mushroom stock
  • 200ml water
  • A little cornstarch solution
  • 1 tbsp Margarine for frying

Ground spices

  • 5 red onions
  • 3 garlics
  • A piece of Ginger
  • 5 red chilies
  • 5 red curly chilies

How to Cook

  • 1. Saute ground spices and onions until fragrant
  • 2. Add water, give various sauces, mix well. Add corn, salt, sugar and mushroom broth, mix well
  • 3. After the corn is cooked, add the shrimp and squid, mix well.
  • 4. Cook until fully absorbed. Add a little miazene solution, mix well again. The stove fire is small
  • 5. Cook the Chicken Curry Lemonilo Noodles, according to the instructions on the package, once cooked, add the noodles to the Padang Sauce, add the spring onions. Stir the noodles until they are evenly coated with the Padang sauce.
  • 6. Ready to be enjoyed while warm
