Ingredient

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 large sausages (diced)
  • 5 spring onions, sliced
  • Salt, mushroom broth to taste

Step

  • • Combine all ingredients, stir until smooth.
  • • Heat the cooking oil
  • • Take a sheet of spring roll skin, give 1 tablespoon of beaten egg, fold the sides, glue it with the egg spread, then fry until golden brown, do it until the ingredients run out.. Serve while warm with chili sauce.. Good luck 😊🤗
