Material A

  • 125 gr medium protein flour
  • 15 gr cold margarine
  • 32 g vegetable oil
  • 35 g cold water

Material B

  • 50 gr medium protein flour
  • 15 g vegetable oil

How to make

  • * ingredient A: mix flour with margarine, knead well until grainy, pour oil, mix well, add ice water little by little while stirring and lightly knead. Round, set aside.
  • * Ingredients B: mix well while kneading so that the oil is perfectly absorbed into the flour. Then unite and clench so that it sticks.
  • * Place the dough A and B in a bowl, cover with plastic then rest for 1 hour.
  • * Divide each dough into 3 parts. Take 1 dough ball A, slightly widen it, then fill it with 1 dough ball B, cover it until it's covered, round it and compact it by making a fist. Do it to the end.
  • Let stand again for 30 minutes.
  • * take a circle, slightly oval shape, then thin / flatten lengthwise using a rolling pin, roll from top to bottom.
  • * position the roll to be upright, then flatten lengthwise, roll back.
  • * Cut the roll into 3 or 4 parts. (I cut 4 the result is a bit small).
  • * take one piece, flatten it into an oval (not too thin so it doesn't leak), put it in the palm of your hand (position the part that has many layers on the back) then fill it. Fold, glue the ends, twist to form like a pastel.
  • Do it to the end.
  • * heat a little oil (deep frying), fry until browned.
