Orem Orem Ingredients

  • - 100 gr tempeh, thinly sliced
  • – 50 gr fried tofu, sliced ​​into squares
  • – 2 bay leaves
  • – 3 lime leaves
  • – 2 cm galangal, bruised
  • – 600 ml of medium coconut milk
  • - sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste
  • - fried red onion for sprinkling

  • - 4 cloves garlic
  • – 3 candlenuts
  • – 1 tsp coriander
  • – 2 segments of kencur

How to Make Orem Orem

  • Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant, add bay leaf, lime leaf and galangal, stir briefly.
