Ingredients

  • 350 gr chicken fillet, cut into squares
  • 500 gr rice, wash clean
  • 700 ml medium thick coconut milk
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
  • 2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mushroom stock

Refined Material

  • 5 dried chilies (adjust to taste)
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 5 cloves of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 of turmeric
  • 1/2 segment of galangal
  • 3 hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder

How to make

  • 1. Press the "start" button on the Rice Cooker Digital R7 @mito.id to heat, pour a little oil, add ground spices, bay leaf and lemon grass, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • 2. Enter the chicken meat, stir until it changes color, add the salt, sugar and mushroom stock, mix well.
  • 3. Add rice, mix well, pour coconut milk and add pandan leaves. Close the rice cooker.
  • 4. Press the "cancel" button first then press the "start" button again to start cooking the rice. Once cooked, stir the rice using chopsticks, cover again for about 10 minutes before enjoying. Serve with your favorite side dish.
