How to make

  • 1. Sauté shallots, garlic, curly red chilies, lime leaves, bay leaves and lemongrass, stir-fry until fragrant
  • 2. Enter 2 cans of sardines Asahi hot sauce, stir until well blended
  • 3. Add water, cook until the water boils
  • 4. After the water boils, add the whole cayenne pepper, sugar, salt and powdered broth to taste, stir and don't forget to check the taste
